高效液相色谱法测定复方虎杖烧伤凝胶中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方虎杖烧伤凝胶中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱:RromsilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);检测波长:273nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果没食子酸在进样量为0.119～0.792μg之间与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.93%(n=5)。结论该法灵敏度高、准确性高、重复性好,可作为复方虎杖烧伤凝胶的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determining gallic acid in Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix Compound burn gels by HPLC.Methods An HPLC method was performed on a Rromsil C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution（15：85） as mobile phase.The detecting wavelength was set at 273 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The calibration curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 0.119～0.792 μg（r=0.999 7）and the average recovery rate was 99.5% with RSD of 1.93%（n=5）.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix Compound burn gels.
