警察干预家暴实务初探

摘　　要：警察干预家暴旨在以国家强力制止家庭暴力行为。因家暴的特点决定了将“零容忍”、“积极介入、及时制止、有所作为、打破循环”为警察干预家暴的指导原则，“以受害人为中心，规范执法”为工作方针。原则方针一经确立，必将对警察以往“被动出击”的传统工作思路和执法习惯带来挑战和冲击。警察干预家暴的实质就是国家将制止家暴纳入执法管理中。面对挑战和冲击，思考更新处警方式，探索警察干预家暴的对策技术势在必行。The police to interfere in the house by force to stop families on to state violence.
