摘 要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及其受体激酶插入嵌合受体(kinase insert domain-containing receptor,KDR)在前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)发生中的作用。方法对26例PCa和30例良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)标本进行石蜡包埋免疫组化染色,分析VEGF和KDR在PCa和BPH组织中的表达情况。结果 VEGF和KDR在PCa组织中的表达明显高于BPH组织(P<0.01),在PCa组织中阳性部位主要位于PCa细胞和血管内皮细胞,在BPH组织中主要表达于腺上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞。结论 VEGF和KDR与PCa的发生可能有关,以VEGF和KDR为共同靶点有望成为PCa新的治疗途径。Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and kinase insert domain-containing receptor (KDR) in prostate cancer (PCa) and the relationships.Methods A total of 26 PCa and 30 BPH tissues VEGF and KDR expressions were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results The expressions of VEGF and KDR were stronger in PCa,and positive staining mostly expressed in cancer cells and the vascular endothelial cells in PCa.In BPH,the expression of VEGF and KDR were in epithelial and the vascular endothelial cells.Conclusion s VEGF and KDR maybe involved in the progress of PCa,and promise to be a new target in the treatment of PCa.
