青少年外侧盘状半月板损伤的关节镜治疗

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下半月板成形术治疗青少年膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法自2006年4月至2009年12月我科共收治75例膝关节盘状半月板损伤的青少年患者,行关节镜下半月板成形术。术后随访6～24个月,手术前后均采用Ikeuchi评分对膝关节进行功能评定。结果 75例患者均获得随访,经关节镜下半月板成形术后,患者临床症状和体征较术前有很大的改善;术后Ikeuchi膝关节评分:优41例,良19例,可9例,差6例,优良率为80.0%,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下盘状半月板成形术治疗青少年盘状半月板损伤具有很好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic meniscus plasty in treatment of discoid lateralm eniscus of knee joint in adolescents.Methods 75 young patients with discoid lateralm eniscus of knee joint in our department from April 2006 December 2009 were treated by arthroscopic meniscus plasty. The patients were followed up for 6～24 months,the function of knees were carried according to Ikeuchi standard before and after surgery.Results All the 75 cases were followed up,the clinical symptoms and signs were changed greatly after surgery;according to the Ikeuchi standard, the results were excellent in 41, good in 19, fair in 9 and poor in 6,the fine rate was 80.0%.The difference was statistically significant before and after surgery （P0.05）.Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscus plasty in treatment of discoid lateralm eniscus of knee joint in adolescents has excellent effect and it is worth to promote.
