摘  要:在中低温下用葡萄糖废水作基质来启动IC反应器,研究了反应器的启动特性,同时考察了颗粒污泥的形成过程。结果表明,在运行温度为9~28℃的条件下,反应器经67d完成启动,在第22天反应器内出现了颗粒污泥,随着运行时间和容积负荷的增加,颗粒污泥的粒径不断增大。为确保稳定运行,应控制出水pH值为6.1~6.8、HRT为6~8h、容积负荷为3.58~7.95kg.COD/(m^3·d)、出水VFA〈200mg/L,最终的产气量稳定在约35L/d,在进水COD为2000mg/L时,对COD的去除率能一直保持在80%以上。启动完成后,反应器内粒径〉0.3mm的颗粒污泥所占比例为41.2%,粒径〉0.9mm的中型颗粒污泥也从零增加到11.44%。Glucose was used as substrate to start up internal circulation (IC) reactor at mediumlow temperature. The start-up characteristics of IC reactor were studied, and the formation of granular sludge was investigated. The results show that at 9 to 28 ℃, the start-up of the reactor is completed with- in 67 days, and granular sludge occurs in the reactor on the 22nd day. The size of granular sludge is con- tinuously increased with the increase of operation time and volume load. To ensure a stable operation, the pH, HRT, volume load and effluent VFA should be controlled at 6.1 to 6.8, 6 to 8 h, 3.58 to 7.95 kg· COD/( m^3 · d) and less than 200 mg/L respectively. The final biogas production is stabilized at about 35 L/d. The removal rate of COl) can be maintained at above 80% when the influent COD concentration is 2 000 mg/L. After the start-up is completed, the granular sludge of greater than 0.3 mm accounts for 41.2% , and that of greater than 0.9 mm is increased to 11.44% in the reactor.
