摘  要:驱动桥壳与从动桥壳共同支承车架及其上的各种重量,并承受由车轮传来的路面反作用力和力矩,是汽车的重要承载件和传力件,故应具有足够的强度、刚度和可靠性。对某客车驱动桥壳进行有限元强度和模态分析,得到该桥壳某工况下的应力、变形图及前12阶固有频率和振型,为驱动桥壳的改进设计提供了一定的参考依据,同时为进一步深入研究该结构的振动机理及振动抑制技术提供了理论依据.Drive axle and non driven axle housing together support the irame and all kinds ot other weight,and bear the roadsurface reacting force and moment from wheel,it is the key carrying parts and passing parts, therefore it has enough intension,stiffness and reliability.Do finite element intensity and simulation for some bus drive axle housing,obtains the stress,load deformation diagram and front 12 natural frequency and model of vibration under some working condition of this axle housing,provides some referrence evidence for improve design the drive axle housing,meanwhile provides a theoretical evidence of deeply research the vibration mechanization and vibration restrain technique of this structure.
