摘　　要：食品微生物学具有较强的实践性和应用性,教师的教学思维不能仅局限于传授知识和掌握知识,应调整实验教学内容,建立一种新的创新教学体系,以提高学生综合素质及创新能力。The improvement and the content of the teaching reforms of food microbiology experiment were discussed in this paper.In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,as well as to train the students with creative abilities and comprehensive quality,Some advices and measures of the reform of experimental teaching were put forward aiming at solving problems existing in teaching.
