中医辨证治疗对阿弗它溃疡复发周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中医辨证治疗对口腔阿弗它溃疡(RAU)复发周期的影响。方法:采用中医辨证方法,随机收集50例RAU患者,与20例西药综合治疗病人进行对比观察,治疗期为1年。结果:阿弗它溃疡患者中中医辨证中药治疗病人发作期症状减轻,时间缩短,间歇期明显延长。结论:中医药辨证治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective Analysis the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chinese medicine on the relapseperiod of recurrent aphthous ulcer in stomatology.Methods Patients suffering from recurrent aphthous ulcer （n=70） were involved in this study and divided into two groups of therapy group （n=50） and control group （n=20）.The therapy group were given syndrome differentiation and treatment of chinese medicine,and the control group were given complex therapy of Western medicine.The treatment time is a year.Results The symptom were alleviate and time were shorten in the action period of therapy group,and intermittent period were obviously extension in therapy group.Conclusion The curative effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chinese medicine on recurrent aphthous ulcer is remarkable,and it is worth to the clinical promotion.
