柱前衍生化-HPLC法测定复方新斯的明眼用凝胶中牛磺酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立复方新斯的明眼用凝胶中牛磺酸的含量测定方法。方法:样品液经2,4-二硝基氟苯柱前衍生化后,采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(30∶70),检测波长为360 nm。结果:牛磺酸的线性范围为4.92～98.40μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999,n=5)。平均回收率为96.95%,RSD为1.16%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便快速、专属性好、重复性好。Objective： To establish an HPLC method with pre-cotumn derlvatizatlon for determining the content of taurine m compound neostigmine ophthalmic gel. Method： The sample was processed by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene with pre-column derivatization. And a Eclipse XBD-C18 column （150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol and phosphate buffer＇s solution （ 30： 70） ,and the detective wavelength was 360 nm. Result： An excellent linearity was obtained over the range of 4. 9208.40 μg·ml-1 （r =0. 999 9,n =5） ,the average recovery was 96. 95% ,RSD was 1.16% （n =9）. Conclusion： This method is sensitive,specific and reproducible.
