摘　　要：目的:建立测定地龙注射液中主要氨基酸含量的方法。方法:以6-氨基喹啉-N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺基氨基甲酸酯(AQC)为衍生剂,与地龙注射液中的游离氨基酸柱前定量衍生,用HPLC法测定衍生物含量。结果:丙氨酸、缬氨酸、盐酸赖氨酸、异亮氨酸和亮氨酸在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8),平均回收率102.6%～104.9%,RSD 0.3%～0.9%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于地龙注射液的生产和质量控制。Objective： To establish the method for determination of the main amino acids in pheretima injection by HPLC. Meth- od： The amino acids reacted with 6-aminoquinoly-N-hydroxysuccinimdul carbaminate （ AQC ） respectively and quantitatively, and the corresponding derivatives were analized by HPLC. Result： The linear relationship of alanine, valine, lysine hydrochloride, isoleucine and leucine within the range of their respective concentrations was well （r≥0. 999 8）. The mean recoveries of the five amino acids were 102.6%-104. 9% ,and RSDs were 0. 3%-0. 9%. Conclusion： The method is quick,simple and can be used as the quality control of the nheretimn iniectinn.
