摘　　要：在分析目前县级公路路面建设与养护问题的基础上,以ArcGIS Server为开发平台,重点对基于WebGIS的县级公路路面养护与管理系统的结构、技术方案和总体功能进行了设计与说明,并指出基于WebGIS的路面养护管理系统是该技术未来发展的必然方向。Based on the analysis of problem existing in the construction and maintenance for county-level highway, and with AreGIS Server as development platform, the structure, technical scheme and the overall function of WebGIS-based pavement maintenance and management system for county-level highway was designed and described, points out it is technical future development＇ s direct based on WebGIS pavement mainte- nance and management system.
