摘  要:法学作为应用性学科,实践性教学是其教育体系的重要组成部分,直接关系到高等教育法学人才培养目标的实现问题。在此意义上,法学实践教学的质量决定了法学教育的质量。长期以来我国传统的法学教育模式过于强调法学理论知识的灌输和探讨,忽视对学生分析及处理实际法律案件和纠纷能力的培养。因此,研究和探索法律实训教学模式对培养高素质技能型法律人才的培养至关重要。笔者结合近几年民事法律实训课程教学的探索与实践,就法律实训课程的教学提出完善方法与建议。Law is an applicable subject.Teaching in practice is an important part of the education system and is directly related to the realization of the educated law students in colleges and universities.Thus,the quality of law teaching in practice is the base of law education.In the past,our traditional law education put emphasis on law theories,but ignored the training of analyzing and dealing with the real cases and disputes.Therefore,to study the law practical training model is essential for the training of capable technical law students.Here is to discuss the law training course's orientation and design concept and to give suggestions on its model and teaching method,combining with the research and practice on the experience of teaching civil law training course in recent years.
