摘 要:本研究旨在中国医科大学乡村医生专科学员教育中探索应用学习档案包(Portfolio)的方法,以培养其综合能力特别是“做中学”的反思学习能力,并为考核评价提供证据。在依据循证原则设计Portfolio的基础上,从2009年3月开始,中国医科大学区域校园的321名乡村医生专科学员开始创建Portfolio。乡村医生专科学员创建1学年的Portfolio后,我们对其应用Portfolio进行学习与评价的态度与效果进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示,乡村医生专科学员在应用Portfolio的满意度、Portfolio在培养乡村医生综合能力,尤其是反思与交流能力等方面均有较高认同;乡村医生专科学员普遍认为,Portfolio有效地促进了综合能力与反思学习能力等的不断提高,实现了培训过程中个性化评价其能力的目的。研究结果表明,在乡村医生专科学历教育中应用Portfolio方法,能够有效地提高学习效果及过程评价效果。To promote rural doctors' comprehensive abilities including practice-based learning & improvement, and provide individualized assessment, especially process assessment, we designed and applied a learning and assessment portfolio to 321 trainees in rural doctor training program of China Medical University in 2009. Under supervision, 321 rural doctors finished their individual portfolios documenting their learning, practice, reflection, achievements, and others evidences during 2009 academic year. We got 277 filled forms from a survey to the 321 rural doctors and found that most rural doctors identified themselves with the application of portfolios and believed that portfolios could promote their learning, by stimulating reflection, and assess objectively their achievements. Our study demonstrated that implementing portfolios in rural doctor training could promote trainees' learning and assess their achievements successfully.
