摘　　要：本文探讨了在综合性大学体制下如何加强医学生实践能力、创新意识和人文素质的培养，即打造综合性大学体制下医学实验实践教学的全程性和系统性，提高医学生科研潜质和临床技能；利用优势学科和高端、优质科研资源，使医学生及早进入系统的科研训练，培养医学生的创新意识；利用综合性大学多学科优势，探讨医学教育与人文教育的融合方式，着力提高医学生的人文素质。This paper explored the cultivation of capacity of practice, sense of creative ability and form of the humanistic quality for medical students under the comprehensive university system. Scientific and technological potential and clinical skills of medical students should be enhanced by creating the full and systematic medical experiments and practice teaching under the comprehensive university system. The creative ability should be fostered by making use of advantaged subjects and high-end, high-quality scientific research resources requiring medical students to enter into systematic scientific research training as early as possible. The integration approach of medical and humanities education, the improvement of humanistic quality of medical students should be explored by utilizing the multi-disciplinary advantages of comprehensire university.
