摘　　要：2009年国家出台的新医药卫生体制改革方案中明确了药学服务的地位和作用，药学服务型人才的培养成为药学教育面临的重大和紧迫的任务。本文借鉴美国药学服务型人才培养的经验，结合我国实际情况，探讨了如何在办学理念、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和师资队伍建设等方面进行改革和创新，构建药学服务型人才培养的新模式，为新医药卫生体制改革的实施提供人力保障。The role and effect of pharmaceutical care were well defined in the new health reform plan promulgated by the state government in 2009. Therefore, to train qualified professionals in pharmaceutical care field is the critical and weighty mission that pharmacy education confronted. Using the experiences of the cultivation of professionals in pharmaceutical care field in the United States for reference and integrate with the actual situation in China, in this study the innovations of education purpose, curriculum structure, teaching contents, teaching methods and faculty quality were explored hoping to build up new cultivation model for professionals in pharmaceutical care field so as to ensure the new health reform plan be implemented by qualified professionals.
