摘  要:针对船舶制造业的激烈竞争,船舶设计工作的效率和质量决定企业的竞争力、创新力。本文提出了基于知识工程的船舶构件智能设计的方法。该方法通过知识工程的原理与智能化设计理论的结合,对船舶设计知识获取、表达方式与管理方法、产品标准构件库与设计知识库的构建进行了研究。在实现参数设计的尺寸驱动和特征驱动的同时,能实时检验零件的设计,并提出设计建议,辅助设计人员完成设计,提高设计效率和质量。甲板板架设计算例表明,在船舶设计过程中引用先进的知识工程技术,既有助于设计知识和方法的积累和继承,实现知识的重用,又能大幅度缩短产品设计周期,提高工作效率。In view of the increasing competition of world shipyards,the quality and efficiency of ship design will directly affect the enterprise's innovation and competition.In this research,to support repetitively or time-consuming steps of ship design process,knowledge-based engineering techniques can be applied.This method works combination the principles of knowledge-based engineering with the theory of intelligent design.It analyses the ways of ship design knowledge acquisition,representation and management,building product standards library and design knowledge base to carry out the research.Through this technology,it can realize the parametric and feature drive,check the design of parts in products,and give design proposals instantly to designer to reduce design time and manufacture costs.The example of deck design shows that the integration of advanced knowledge-based engineering(KBE)methods into ship design helps company's design knowledge and optimization methods to accumulate and inherit,provides a reliable technical support for the quality of products design,significantly reduces the product design cycle,easily changes the design of parts,and promotes working efficiency.
