生物制药技术专业“1+1+2+1+1”人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：依据中国高职教育方针,结合生物制药行业、产业发展及用人需求,提出了构建人才培养模式的指导思想与设计思路,创新"1+1+2+1+1"工学结合人才培养模式,构建了与之相适应的课程体系,并提出了实施人才培养模式的保障措施,对于同类同层次院校人才培养模式与课程体系的构建具有现实指导意义。Based on our education policy of higher vocational education and combined with the development and talents requirement of biopharmaceutical industry,we advance the ideology and design of the personnel training mode ＂1＋1＋2＋1＋1＂,build up courses system which is in tune with the personnel training mode and put forward supporting measures of carrying out that personnel training mode.
