体育教学与终身体育的关系探索

摘　　要：终身体育这一新的体育思想,已成为社会共识。体育教学作为学校体育的重要组成部分,对终身体育有着深远的影响和至关重要的作用。结合现阶段我国体育课程改革后体育教学现状与终身体育在我国发展的现状及其特点,进行两者之间的对比分析,得出它们之间的关系。在此基础上对我国现阶段体育教学的改革提出一些意见和建议。As a new sports idea,lifetime sports has become a social consensus.As an important component of school physical education,hysical Education teaching has a profound impact on sport and the crucial role to lifetime sports.In this paper,physical education curriculum at this stage after the reform of China＇s physical education and life situation of sport in our country＇s development status and characteristics,to conduct comparative analysis between the two,arrived at the relationship between them.On the basis of the current we make some observations and recommendations for physical education teaching.
