摘　　要：基于中心城市粮食安全保障工作的特殊性,从系统论的角度出发,建立了以粮食储备体系、粮食加工体系、粮食流通体系为基础,以产业化经营为依托的中心城市粮食安全保障模式。并提出了中心城市粮食安全保障模式运行的基本思路,希望能够对中心城市的粮食安全保障工作提供新的理论支持和实践指导。Based on the special nature of the grain safety support work of the central city, from the perspective of system theory, this paper established a grain safety model of the central city, which should be based on the grain reserve system, the food processing system and the grain circulation system, and be supported by the grain industrialization. Then we put forth the basic ideas of the operation of the model, hoping to give a new theoretical support and practical guidance of the central city＇s grain safety support work.
