摘　　要：随着科技进步、医学发展和医学模式的转变,人文关怀愈显重要。皮肤性病科患者与其他疾病的患者相比,其心理具有独特性,而目前皮肤病和性病诊治中人文关怀尚存在缺失。对皮肤性病科患者的人文关怀,不仅有利于患者的疾病诊治,更是促进患者心理健康的需要。Humanistic medical care is an important element of quality health care with the development of medicine and the transformation of medical mode.However,little attention is paid to individual functioning,quality of life,and clinical recovery.Through a series of case discussions and literature review,the author analyzed the reasons of lacking humanistic care in the field of dermatovenereology,illustrated the necessity of developing humanistic care and identified critical elements which can promote the skill of humanistic care in the field of dermatovenereology.It is essential for dermatologists to supply patients with medical services full of humanistic care.
