摘　　要：就新时期医学生职业价值观形成与内化的有效途径做了以下探讨:开展职业道德教育,丰富医学伦理知识;注重医德情感培养,实施移情实践教育;参与医学实践活动,培养社会服务意识;发挥教师表率作用,提升学生人格魅力。This paper explores the effective approaches to the formation and internalization of medical students＇professional value in current times,including carrying out professional ethics education,enriching medical ethics knowledge,stressing the cultivation of medical ethics affection,implementing the practical education of transference,participating medical practice activities,cultivating the sense of social service,developing the role modeling function of teachers,and improving students＇ personality charm.
