医德评价的内涵、根据与方法新探

摘　　要：科学客观的医德评价意味着:必须运用优良的医德规范(标准),既对整个社会的医德体系,也对医务人员的涉医行为与品德进行价值判断。既往医德评价的根据"动机论"、"效果论"以及"动机效果统一论"都存在一定的学理缺陷,科学的医德评价根据应该是"动机效果分别论"。而且应遵循"明确主体——弄清对象——选择类型——选定标准——确立根据"的步骤进行评价。A scientific appraisal of medical ethics includes the appraisal of the whole social medical ethics system and medical staff＇s medical behaviors and professionalism by applying appropriate norms of medical ethics.The past bases of medical ethics appraisal of motivation theory,effect theory,and the unification theory of motivation and effect all have their theoretical defects,thus a scientific medical ethics appraisal should be based on the respective theory of motivation and effect.The normative appraisal approach should conform to the procedure of clarifying subjective,defining objective,selecting classification,choosing norms,and establishing appraisal basis.
