摘  要:中国道家传统养生文化以天人相应为基础,强调虚静养神、顺应自然,并提倡形神双修,而健身气功在此基础上去伪存真,去粗取精,将传统文化发扬光大,以整体观为基础,强调人与自然的协调统一。中国传统养生文化理论与现代科学健身方法的有机结合,可以使人在强身健体的基础上达到调节心理平衡的目的。The Chinese traditional Taoist healthy culture is based Heaven corresponding, emphasizing repose with hollowness and peace, harmony with nature, proposing the development of action and spirit. Qigong eliminates the false and keeps the true, discards the dross and selects the essential on this basis, carrying forward the traditional culture, stressing the harmonization of man and nature based on a holistic view. The purpose of regulating psychological balance can be achieved on the basis of the physical fitness by combining the modern scientific fitness methods with the theory of Chinese traditional healthy culture.
