发达国家和我国科技计划项目科普化现状比较

摘　　要：该文通过比较发达国家和我国科技计划项目科普化现状,指出我国科技计划项目科普化已远远落后世界科技发展要求,与我国总体经济发展、科技发展不相匹配。建立我国国家科技计划项目科普化机制是增进我国国家科技发展后劲、提升全民科学素质、实现我国国力可持续发展的一项重要工作。The paper introduced the communication and popularization of science and technology projects by comparing that in China and four developed countries,including America,Japan,England and Germany.It pointed out that popularization of science and technology projects has been lagged far behind the demand of science and technology development worldwide and no longer matches the development of economy and science technology in China.It is an important task to bulid popularization mechanism of science and technology projects in the national innovation system in order to enhance the national ability of science and technology development,promote public scientific literacy and keep sustainable development of overall national power.
