高等教育发展与代价的关系探析

摘　　要：高等教育发展是一个充满矛盾和冲突的过程,它的每一步发展都伴随着代价。高等教育发展与代价是对立统一的关系,高等教育代价与发展共存于高等教育实践结果矛盾统一体之中。就其实践过程而言,从纵向角度表现为两者在时间维度上的链环式因果作用;从横向角度表现为两者在空间状态中的反向消长状态;从时空整合角度则表现为一种非线性作用。从价值论层面看,代价对高等教育发展具有特殊的作用,即代价提供理解和认识高等教育发展问题的新视角,代价蕴含高等教育发展的新目标,代价充任高等教育发展的中介,代价限定高等教育发展的速度。研究高等教育发展与代价的关系,具有重要的理论与实践价值。The process of higher education development is full of conflict and ambivalence,which is coupled with cost.It is a unity of opposites between the development and cost of higher education which are coexisted in the entity of higher education practice.As for its practice,it is characterized by chain causal effect in temporal dimension,reverse grow and decline in spatial dimension and nonlinear interaction in integrated space-time dimension.From the view of axiology,cost has significant effect on the development of higher education.Firstly,cost will provide the new perspective on how to understand and realize higher education development.Secondly,cost will imply the new goal of higher education.Thirdly,cost will be the intermediary agent in the procedure of higher education.Finally,cost will produce an effect on the development speed of higher education.It has important theoritical and practice value to study the relation between the development and cost of higher education.
