摘  要:理解型师生关系,是指师生能够相互理解、和谐共处的交往关系。理解型师生关系的建构对于师生的生命意义和教育教学质量的提高,对于师生的心理健康和学生民主平等意识的发展具有积极意义。教师的个人品质和教学品质是影响理解型师生关系建构的重要因素。师生双方的自我理解与相互理解,以及平等相处与相互关怀,是建构理解型师生关系的策略。Understanding-based teacher-student relationship refers to the communication relation with mutual understanding and harmony between teachers and students.The construction of understanding-based teacher-student relationship has positive significance for the life meaning of teachers and students,the improvement of the educational quality,and for teachers and students' psychological health and the development of students' senses of democracy and equality.The personal quality and teaching quality of teachers is the important factors of the understanding-based teacher-student relation construction.Self-understanding and mutual understanding,and equal coexistence and mutual care of teachers and students,are the strategies to the construction of understanding-based teacher-student relationship.
