摘　　要：走私、贩卖、运输、制造毒品是当前我国毒品犯罪的主要类型,也是对社会管理秩序造成危害与威胁最严重的一类犯罪。如何从刑罚适用的角度探讨打击方法,是有效遏制此类犯罪、发挥刑罚的预防功能的必然要求。在当前形势下,严厉打击毒品犯罪具有重要的历史与现实原因,但是,在建设和谐社会的过程中,贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策具有重要的意义。Smuggling, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing the drugs can do great harm to the social order. How to take effective measures to curb such crimes is the inevitable requirement of the penalty＇s function. In the current situation,to crack down on drug-related crimes has great historical and practical reasons, but in the process of building the harmonious society, the less favorable economic phase of the criminal policy is of great significance.
