摘  要:目的:虎杖是一种抗病毒谱广的中药,为了了解虎杖的抗病毒性能并开发利用,抽提大黄素,观察大黄素抗HSV2、CVB3的药效。方法:分别以ACV作为抗HSV2、病毒唑作为抗CVB3的阳性对照,利用空斑减数实验以及对HSV2CPE的抑制,进行此项研究。结果:在HEP2细胞系统中,ACV对HSV2333株的直接杀灭、增殖抑制、感染阻断的ED50依次为16.45、10.85、18.62μg/ml,大黄素的相应数值依次为1.28、1.40、1.44μg/ml。病毒唑对CVB3直接杀灭、增殖抑制、感染阻断的ED50分别为6.26、7.55、7.50μg/ml,大黄素的相应数值分别为1.54、8.34、3.06μg/ml。结论:大黄素对HSV2333株的治疗指数(TI)为ACV的4.0、2.4、3.9倍,对CVB3的为病毒唑的4.7、1.0、2.9倍。比两个阳性对照药效好。Objective :Rhizoma Polygoni cuspidati is a Chinese medicinal herb with large antiviral range,in order to understand and exploit it's antiviral properties,we extracted emodin of it and observed the antiherpes and anticoxsackie effects of emodin. Methods: We use ACV as positive control of antiherpes ,ribavirin as positive control of anticoxsackie,through plaque reduction assays and by way of HSV2 CPE inhibition,observe the effects of antiherpes and anticoxsackie of emodin. Results: In HEp2 cell system,the median effect dose(ED50) sofdirect virucidal activity,the inhibition effectsonthe multiplicationand infection of HSV2 333ACVare 16.45g/ml,10.85g/ml ,18.62g/ml respectively ,the corresponding figuresofemodin are 1.28g/ml ,1.40g/ml ,1.44g/ml separately.The ED50s of direct virucidal activity,the inhibition effects on the multiplication and infection of CVB3 of ribavirin are 6.26g/ml,7.55g/ml,7.50g/ml respectively,the corresponding figures of emodin are 1.54g/ml,8.34g/ml,3.06g/ml separately.HZConclusion: The treatment indices(TI) of emodin to HSV2 333 strain are 4.0,2.4,3.9 times of ACV TIs,and the TIs of emodin to CVB3 are 4.7,1.0,2.9 times of ribavirintis.It should be worth exploitation.
