不同刷头牙刷清除磨牙(龋病易患区)菌斑的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同刷头牙刷清除龋病易患区(磨牙区)牙菌斑的效果。方法对30名志愿者进行自身前后对照试验,分别使用3种不同刷头的牙刷按Bass法刷牙3分钟,刷牙前后按改良的Quigley-Hein菌斑指数各做1次菌斑评价。每种牙刷连续测试3天,间隔1天后再进行另一种牙刷的测试。结果 3种牙刷刷牙后各象限菌斑指数均下降。相同象限不同牙刷间,刷牙后磨牙区菌斑指数下降值无统计学差异。相同牙刷不同象限间,刷牙后磨牙区菌斑指数下降值无统计学差异。结论在正确刷牙方法的情况下,不同刷头牙刷对磨牙区菌斑去除效果的影响无明显差异。Objective To compare plaque removal（molar area） by toothbrushes with different toothbrush heads.Methods 30 volunteers participated in the before and after self-controlled trial.Volunteers were scored for plaque by molar area and then brushed with Bass technique for 3 minutes and were scored again after brushing.The trial consisted of three periods,each of which included three days and was for one toothbrush.A washout of one day was allowed between periods.Results In each quadrant plaque index decreased significantly after brushing with each toothbrush.Plaque removal scored by molar area were not significantly different between different toothbrushes in the same quadrant.And they were not significantly different too between quadrants when the volunteer used the same toothbrushe.Conclusion In the case of a correct brushing method,there is no significant difference in plaque removal（molar area） by toothbrushes with different toothbrush heads.
