摘　　要：介绍并分析了国内外专家、学者对中国农村选举的研究成果,指出消化、吸收国内外优秀研究成果,扬长避短,寻求符合中国农村现状、公正、公平和高效的选举办法,创新、完善农村选举制度,加强选举过程的动态管理,有助于提高农村选举质量,为各级政府提供决策依据,有利于创建和谐的新农村,促进农村民主政治的健康发展。We introduce and analyze the research results of domestic and foreign rural electoral experts and scholars,point out that the di- gestion and absorption of outstanding research achievements at home and abroad,and avoid weaknesses at the same time,in order to find the just,fair and efficient electoral methods in agreement with the rural status quo,innovate and improve the rural electoral system, strengthen the dynamic management of the electoral process.All done will help to improve the quality of village elections,provide the basis for the decision-making at all levels of government,and help to create the new harmonious countryside,promote the healthy development of rural democracy.
