摘  要:目的:了解基因重组乳链球菌防龋疫苗的抗龋效果。方法:采用携带有变形链球菌表面蛋白(PAc)结构基因pac的重组乳链球菌防龋疫苗HL107通过灌胃、皮下注射、粘膜下注射三种途径对50只定菌鼠进行免疫,统计龋齿记分进行比较。结果:经过重组乳链球菌免疫的大鼠口腔内龋齿记分明显低于未重组的乳链球菌LM0230免疫组。结论:基因重组乳链球菌能有效预防龋病的发生,可望在将来作为一种新的免疫原用于龋病的免疫学预防中。Objective:To study the anticaries effects of the recombinant S. lactis HL107 in gnotobiotic rats. Methods:50 Sprague Dawley rats were immunized with the recombinant Streptococcus lactis HL107 which carries the gene for a surface protein antigen (PAc) of 190KDa from Streptococcus mutans by intragastric intubation, subcutaneous injection and submucous injection. Results: The results indicated that the gnotobiotic rats immunized with HL107 always had lower mean caries score than Streptococcus lactis LM0230 immunized rats. This reduction was evident in caries lesion on the buccal, lingual surfaces of molars and in those in sulcal or proximal areas. Conclusions: These results suggest that artificial active immunization with the recombinant S. lacts HL107 can effectively give caries protection in gnotobiotic rats infected orally with S. mutans Ingbritt and it will become a new kind of antigen for immunization against caries in future.
