补锌对兔实验性颧骨骨折愈合影响的组织学观察

摘　　要：目的：从组织学上观察锌剂与骨折愈合的关系。方法：选用１２只新西兰兔，先形成双侧颧骨骨折模型，然后随机分两组，实验组术后两周内每日肌注０．２％ＺｎＳＯ４注射液，按１ｍｇ／ｋｇ计算；对照组同期注射蒸馏水，按０．５ｍｌ／ｋｇ计算。术后１，２，３，４周取下颧骨标本，从组织学上观察骨折愈合过程。结果：同一时期实验组骨断端细胞增殖和新生骨样组织的形成均优于对照组。结论：骨折早期补充锌剂可加速骨折愈合。Objective:To study the relationship between the fracture healing and zinc in histologically. Methods:Twelve Newzealand rabbits were subjected to an experimental bilateral zygomatic fractures and then divided into two groups:Experimental group which were given intromascular injections of ZnSO 4 solution and control group which with distilled water All animals were sacrificed at four weekly intervals and then observed the fracture healing in histologically. Results: The results showed that:at the same time,cell proliferation and new bone formation in fractured area were better in experimental group than those of in control group. Conclusions:Extra zinc supplement can accelerate the fracture healing.
