摘　　要：民办学生与公办本科学生相比有其特殊性。根据本三学生的不同特点进行分类,做出相应的管理方法和管理模式,才能引导学生向正常的轨道运行,使他们在原有的基础上能够有更好的发展,同时也大大减轻了辅导员的管理压力。作为辅导员,还要掌握与学生交流沟通的技巧,这样才能使学生对老师更加信任,学生也会更愿意得到老师的帮助。Students in privately-run universities are special in a sense when compared with students in publicly-run universities.Different managerial mode and methods are carried out over junior students classified in accordance with their different individualities in order to lead them grow better on their own normal track and alleviate the managerial pressure of supervisors.As for supervisors,they are supposed to master communication skills to win students＇ trust and make them accept teachers＇ help more willingly.
