摘　　要：目的：探讨胃癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＮＣＡ）与微血管数（ＭＶＱ）的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学方法检测１００例胃癌组织中ＰＣＮＡ与第Ⅷ因子相关抗原（ＦⅧＲＡｇ）。结果：ＰＣＮＡ阳性病例，ＭＶＱ高；ＰＣＮＡ阴性病例，ＭＶＱ低。两者比较有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１）。Objective:To find out the relationship of PCNA and MVQ in the tissues of gastric carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical method were used respectively for the observation of PCNA and FVⅢRAg in 100 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results:In cases of positive expression of PCNA,MVQ were higher,and in cases of negative expression of PCNA,MVQ were lower( P<0 01 ).Conclusion:Activity of PCNA can play a part in promoting the formation of microvessls.
