以榄香烯乳为耐药调变剂联合化疗耐药胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察榄香烯乳有无逆转晚期胃癌患者对化疗药物的耐药性。方法：共选择４２例晚期胃癌患者，随机分为三组：１单纯化疗组；２单纯榄香烯乳治疗组；３榄香烯乳联合化疗组。结果：单纯榄香烯乳治疗组有效率为９％，单纯化疗组为０％，榄香烯乳联合化疗组为２８６％。结论：榄香烯乳联合化疗可提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。Objective:To judge whether there was any effect of elemene in reversing the MDR in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:All patients enrolled in this study were divided into 3 groups.Group 1 was only treated with chemotherapy;Group 2 only with elemene;while Group 3 combined with elemene and chemotherapy.Results:There was no complete or partial response in Group 1;9% of partial response in Group 2;And 28 6% in Group 3.There were statistical differences among the 3 groups.( P <0 05; P <0 01)Conclusion:The elemene might change the MDR in gastric cancer patients who had not any response to the previous chemotherapy.
