摘　　要：当前,战略联盟普遍成为现代企业发展所采用的重要组织形式,但实践中居高不下的失败率成为战略联盟发展的重大障碍。实证研究表明贫乏的战略合作伙伴的鉴别能力和分析评价能力是战略联盟高失败率的重要原因,因此寻找一个合理可行的战略合作伙伴选择模型是战略联盟成功建立、实施和运作的当务之急。文章在对战略联盟及战略联盟合作伙伴选择相关问题进行分析的基础上,提出了一个基于证据理论的战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价模型,并通过应用举例对其进行详细说明,以期为企业管理人员及相关研究人员提供有益的参考。Strategic alliance is a significant organizational form widely used by modern enterprises at thc present time, however, the high failure rate has been a major obstacle to the development of strategic alliance in the concrete practice. Empirical studies prove that the poor identification and evaluation of strategic partners is a core reason for the high failure rate, so finding a reasonable and feasible strate- gic partner selection model is the immediate concern for the successful establishment, implementation and operation of strategic alliances. On the correlation analysis, this article puts forward a strategic alliance partner selection and evaluation model based on the Dempster-Sha- fer theory, and then make some further illustration through the application of its detailed example, hopping to provide some useful refereuces for the enterprise managers and relevant researchers.
