摘 要:文章在前人研究的基础上,从企业业绩、经理行为等间接衡量因素来探讨职业经理人的激励与其能力发挥的相关性,并认为经理人的激励与能力发挥之间存在正相关性,但是需要企业在设计激励机制时,合理组合物质激励和非物质激励,并选择合适有能力的经理人。同时,文章还认为,研究如何通过激励机制来调动经理人的积极性,提升其努力程度和能力发挥度,是具有理论和实践意义的。On the basis of previous studies, this paper explored the relevance between managers' motivation mechanism and competency exertion, from the enterprise performance and managers' conduct, then proposed that the manager's competency exertion associated with the motivation mechanism. But the enterprises need to combine reasonably the material motivation with non-material motivation when it designed the motivation mechanism, and select the appropriate and capable managers. At the same time, this paper also believed that we study how to mobilize the enthusiasm of managers through the motivation mechanism, in order to enhance their level of effort and the degree of competency exertion, had the theoretical and practical significance.
