成人双颌前突拔牙矫治前后切牙位置与上唇变化关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨成人双颌前突拔牙矫治病例治疗前后切牙位置变化与上唇的变化关系。方法:选取在泸州医学院附属口腔医院正畸科接受拔牙矫治治疗的双颌前突成人患者43例,对治疗前后X线头侧位片上唇及切牙位置进行测量比较。结果:X线头侧位片测量显示,成人骨性双颌前突患者上唇的位置随上颌切牙位置的内收而内收,其比例约为3.16∶1。结论:应用拔牙矫治可对成人双颌前突患者的面容改变产生一定的积极效果。Objective：To discuss the changes of the upper lip of adult Bimaxillary Protrusion patient before and after extraction treatment.Methods：43 adult cases accepted extraction treatment for Angel I Bimaxillary Protrusion;the position of upper lip and maxillary incisor on cephalometrics X-Ray before and after treatment was analysed.Result：Cephalometrics X-Ray showed that the position of the upper lip of adult skeletal Bimaxillary Protrusion patient changed with the retraction of maxillary incisor,with a radio of 3.16∶1.Conclusion： As for adult Angel I Bimaxillary Protrusion,extaction treatment has some positive effects on the improvement of facial appearance.
