摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方芸归颗粒中松果菊苷、阿魏酸和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱:ThermoODS-2 HYPERSIL C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:310 nm;柱温:30℃。结果松果菊苷、阿魏酸和柚皮苷分别在42.4～530,5.72～71.5和38.4～480 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为98.2%,94.6%和96.5%。结论所建立的方法快速简便、灵敏,重现性良好,可用于复方芸归颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of echinacoside,ferulic acid and naringin in FuFang YunGui Granules.Methods The separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with gradient elution.Mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detector was set at 310 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The method had good linear relationship in the ranges of 42.4-530 mg· L-1 for echinacoside,5.72-71.5 mg· L-1 for ferulic acid,and 38.4-480 mg· L-1 for naringin.The average recoveries were 98.2%,94.6%,and 96.5%,respectively.Conclusion The method is fast,simple,sensitive and can be used for quality control of Fufang YunGui Granules.
