摘 要:目的了解塘沽区社区卫生服务机构人员的工作满意度,探索满意度的影响因素,为提高社区卫生服务人员工作满意度提供依据。方法选择塘沽区5所社区卫生服务机构的职工作为调查对象,利用工作满意度调查量表调查社区卫生服务人员的基本情况、对工作的满意程度以及总体满意度等。结果社区卫生服务人员工作相关的6个因素及总体满意度得分的平均值分别为:领导与管理为2.69分,晋升与培训为2.69分,人际关系为3.96分,工作条件为2.93分,报酬与福利为3.02分,工作本身为3.19分,总体满意度为3.20分。塘沽区社区卫生服务人员的工作满意度是一般满意。结论塘沽区社区卫生服务人员工作满意度受多方面因素影响,满意度有待进一步提高;应进一步提高收入、丰富工作内容、优化工作条件、提供公平的晋升机会,以提高社区卫生服务人员的工作满意度。Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of community health service(CHS) personnel in Tanggu of Tianjing,explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,in order to provide a basis for improving the job satisfaction of CHS personnel.Methods The personnel from 5 CHS institutions were enrolled as the subjects,job satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to investigate the basic conditions,job satisfaction and general satisfaction of CHS personnel.Results The scores of 6 factors related to the job of CHS personnel and the average general satisfaction were 2.69 for leadership and management,2.69 training and promotion,3.96 for interpersonal relationship,2.93 for working condition,3.02 for pay and welfare,3.19 for job,and 3.20 for total.Job satisfaction among CHS personnel in Tanggu district was in middle level.Conclusion The job satisfaction of CHS personnel in Tanggu is influenced by intricate factors,and the job satisfaction of CHS personnel remains to be further improved.It is necessary to further raise the income,rich the work content,optimize the working conditions,and provide equitable chance for promotion so as to raise the degree of job satisfaction persistently.
