摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中限速酶环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与肺耐药蛋白基因(LRP)的表达水平与肺癌转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法(SP法)对116例非小细胞肺癌和27例肺部良性病变中的COX-2和LRP的水平进行了检测并作相关分析。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中的COX-2和LRP表达水平明显高于肺良性病变组织;COX-2和LRP在肺腺癌中的表达水平显著高于在鳞癌和腺鳞癌中的表达水平(P<0.01);COX-2和LRP的表达水平对于预测肺癌预后具有一定意义。结论 COX-2和LRP在NSCLC组织中的表达明显高于肺良性病变组织的表达,与肺癌的发生、发展有密切关系,检测肺癌患者COX-2和LRP表达水平对于预测肿瘤的预后以及后期的综合治疗起到指导作用。Objective To explore the relationship between expression of COX-2,LRP and metastasis and prognosis in patients with NSCLC.Methods The expression of COX-2 and LRP were examined with immunohistochemical technique in 116 specimens of NSCLC and 27 benign pulmonary lesion tissues.Results The expression of COX-2 and LRP in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in benign pulmonary lesion;The expression of COX-2 and LRP in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma;The results of multivariable COX model showed that the expression of COX-2 and LRP might be helpful for predicting prognosis of patients with NSCLC.Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and LRP in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in benign pulmonary lesion,and was closely related to the pathogenesis and progression of tumor.Examination of the expression of COX-2 and LRP in lung cancer were helpful in predicting prognosis of lung cancer and guide the multi-therapy for the patients with NSCLC.
