针刺对过敏性哮喘大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的观察大鼠过敏性哮喘模型肺功能（气道阻力和肺顺应性）、外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数和血清皮质酮水平的变化。方法大鼠过敏性哮喘模型针刺大椎、双肺俞、双风门，以哮喘模型非针刺组哮喘模型捆绑组作为对照组。结果针刺能明显降低大鼠哮喘模型的气道阻力，增加肺顺应性，降低血液嗜酸粒细胞计数，增加皮质酮水平上升。结论针刺对过敏性哮喘至少从降低气道阻力、减少血液嗜酸粒细胞、提高皮质酮水平三个方面发挥其明显的治疗作用，同时也表明针刺与捆绑是两种不同的刺激方式，针刺对过敏性哮喘的治疗不完全依赖糖皮质激素。Objective and Method After acupuncture,lung function(airway resistance and pulmonary compliance),eosinophil counts in peripheral blood and corticosterone in serum were observed with the comparison of blank and restrain groups.Result The results showed that acupuncture significantly decreased airway resistance,increased pulmonary compliance,reduced eosinophil counts in blood and increased corticosterone level in serum compared with that in the control groups.Conclusion The results suggested that acupuncture has therapeutic effects on allergic asthma based on its effects of decreasing airway resistance, reducing eosinophil counts in peripheral blood and increasing corticosterone level in serum.It also showed that acupuncture is a stimulus way which is different from restrain,and the acupunctrue tretment of allergic asthma had no direct relation to corticosteroid.
