摘　　要：目的：探讨口腔扁平苔藓与人类白细胞抗原的相关性。方法：应用微量淋巴细胞毒试验，检测１９例上海汉族人口腔扁平苔藓外周血的人类白细胞抗原（ＨＬＡ－Ａ、－Ｂ、－ＤＲ、－ＤＱ）的抗原频率。结果：患者组ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ１抗原频率（３６．８４％）较正常对照组（１．０８％）显著增高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ１与口腔扁平苔藓明显相关。Objective: To study the possible role of human leucocyte antigen(HLA) in the patients with oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods: The frequencies of HLAA, B,DR, DQ were determined in 19 patients with OLP of Hannationality in Shanghai by microdrop lymphcyte cytotoxicity method. Result: HLADRl was present in 36.84% of the patients with OLP, compared with that in 1.08%of healthy control(P<0.001). Conclusion: The finding strongly suggest that HLADRl may be a genetic predisposition or susceptibility to the development of OLP.
