摘　　要：目的：比较Ｏｐａｑｕｅ双层涂法和Ｏｐａｑｕｅ一次法对金瓷结合强度的影响。方法：采用双轴弯曲实验，计算金瓷结合强度及金瓷界面剩瓷率。结果：Ｏｐａｑｕｅ双层涂法的结合强度及金瓷界面剩瓷率均显著高于Ｏｐａｑｕｅ一次法；９５０℃和９７０℃烧结的两种Ｏｐａｑｕｅ双层涂法对金瓷结合的影响无显著性差异。结论：Ｏｐａｑｕｅ双层涂法显著提高了金瓷复合体的结合强度。Objective: To study the influence of twolayer opaque application on the bond strength of porcelainfusedtometal(PFM) rstorations. Methods: Biaxial flexture test was used. The bond strength and the rate of remainning porcelain were calculated. Result: The twolayer opaque technique improved bond strength compared with traditional opaque technique(P<0.05) and no significant difference was found between the strength values resulted from the twolayer opaque application under 950 of the first layer opaque firing temperature and that under 970 . Conclusion: The twolayer opaque application can improve the bond strength of PFM restoration.
