摘 要:目的:探讨临床常用粘结剂对铸造纯钛的粘结性能,并以Ni-Cr合金材料做对照。方法:分别用国产磷酸锌水门汀、京津釉质粘合剂及日本Fuji Ⅰ型玻璃离子粘结剂与两种金属试件粘结并行抗拉及剪切强度测试。结果:铸造纯钛与三种粘结剂的抗拉粘结强度明显高于镍铬合金(P<0.01),铸造纯钛与镍铬合金对磷酸锌水门汀及釉质粘合剂的剪切粘结强度相差无几(P>0.05),镍铬合金对Fuji Ⅰ型玻璃离子粘固剂的剪切粘结强度明显高于铸造纯钛(P<0.01)。结论:三种粘结剂与铸造纯钛具有良好的粘结作用,可满足临床需要,其中釉质粘合剂与铸造纯钛具有突出的粘结性能。Objective: In Order to study the adhesive poverties of clinical demure bonds to cast pure titanium. Method: Zinc phosphate cement,Jing-Jin enamel bend,Fuji I ionomer were used to adhere to cast pure titanium respectively, then the tensile bend strengths and the shear bond strengths were tested. Ni-Cr alloy was used to compare with titanium. Results:The tensile bond strengths of cast pure tianium with three kinds of bonds were evidently higher than Ni-Cr alloy(P< 0. 01 ). The shear bend strenghts of cast pure titanium with zinc phophate and enamel bond showed no evident differences with Ni-Cr alloy(P>0. 05). The shear bond strengths of Ni-Cr alloy with Fuji I ionomer were evidently higher than cast pure titanium (P< 0 .01 ). Conclusion: Good adhesive effects were showed between three kinds of bonds with cast pure titanium, which could be applied in clinic. Among them, the enamel bond had prominent adhesive property with cast pure titanium.
