摘　　要：目的探讨ｐ１６抑癌基因在小儿肾母细胞瘤的表达和临床分期、病理类型、预后之间的关系。方法采用ＳＰ免疫组化法，对５１例肾母细胞瘤组织切片进行ｐ１６抑癌基因检测。结果１７例呈阳性表达，阳性率为３３％，阳性表达与肿瘤分期无明显相关（Ｐ＞００５），但与病理类型、患儿预后明显相关（Ｐ＜００５），阳性表达者预后好，多为上皮型、混合型。结论肾母细胞瘤患儿ｐ１６基因表达阳性者预后好，ｐ１６基因可作为判定肾母细胞瘤预后的一项指标。Objective To study the relationship between expression of suppressor gene p16 and clinical staging,pathological typing and prognosis in nephroblastoma. Methods 51 cases of nephroblastoma have been studied by SP immunohistocheminal technique (IHC). Results 17 cases were positive and the positive rate was 33%.There was no correlation between positive cases and clinical staging,but was significantly related to the pathological typing and prognosis.Prognosis is better in positive cases than that in negative cases. Conclusions The prognosis is good in children with positive expression of p16 gene in nephroblastoma and therefor p16 gene detection can be used as a marker to predict the prognosis of nephroblastoma.
