摘 要:以花园土壤中富集分离出来的光合细菌混合菌群为研究对象,分别考察碳源、氮源、初始pH值、光照方式、接种量、培养温度对产氢量的影响.结果表明:葡萄糖和草酸铵是最适宜的碳源和氮源,最大产氢量分别为23.09 mL/L和0.889 mL/L;在酸性条件下的产氢量高于碱性条件;在12 h光照-12 h黑暗交替光照条件下,产氢量高于连续光照;当接种量为10%、培养温度为30℃时最易形成优势菌种,产氢量最高.The research object was photosynthetic bacteria group which were separated from garden soil.The influencing factors including carbon sources,nitrogen sources,initial pH value,illumination pattern,inoculation amount,incubation temperature were discussed respectively.The results showed that the optimal carbon and nitrogen source were glucose and ammonium oxalate,the maximum hydrogen production was 23.09 mL/(L-culture) and 0.889 mL/(L-culture) respectively.The hydrogen production in acidity environment was higher than that in alkalinity.The hydrogen production quantity using the illumination mode of 12 h light-12 h dark alternation was higher than that using the illumination mode of continuous light.The group became dominant species and got the highest hydrogen production under the condition of inoculation amount of 10%and incubation temperature of 30 ℃.
