摘 要:根据超声换能器的原理及设计理论,研究圆柱定子双弯曲行波型超声波电机的驱动机理及设计方法.分别测试激励频率、驱动电压和预压力对超声波电机样机转速特性的影响.结果表明,输入信号频率偏离谐振频率越大,转速下降越多,频率可调范围较小,同时电机转速对输入信号频率变化较为敏感;电机的输出转速随驱动电压变化趋势有明显的近似线性关系;预压力对超声波电机的输出特性有较大的影响.According to the principle of ultrasonic transducer and the corresponding design theory,driving mechanism and the design method of ultrasonic motor,structure of which is dual bending travelling wave rotating mode of cylinder stator,have been studied.Experiments have been done to test the effects which excitation frequency,driving voltage and respectively have taken on the rotational speed characteristics of the prototype of ultrasonic motor.The results have shown that the greater the frequency of the input signal deviates from the resonant frequency,the more the rotational speed slows down,and the adjustable range of the frequency is a little small and the motor speed is very sensitive to the change of the frequency of the input signal;there is a clear approximate linear relationship between the output rotational speed of the motor and the trend of the change of driving voltage;and precompression has greater impact on the output characteristics of ultrasonic motors.
