摘 要:用液-液萃取净化法和衍生化反相高效色谱检测法对绿色新农药单甲脒在土壤中的残留进行了分析。样品经甲醇提取,氢氧化钠衍生化,乙酸乙酯萃取,弗罗里硅土和活性炭净化后,用高效液相色谱(DAD检测器)测定,紫外波长为238 nm,平均回收率为81.85%~90.16%,变异系数为1.37%~9.32%,单甲脒的最低检出限为0.05 mg/kg。A Liquid-liquid extration purification and derivation methods were used by RP-HPLC for the residue quantification of degradation dynamics of novel green pesticide mono-methanimidamide in soil.Samples of soil were extracted by methanol.After vacuum evaporation to near dryness,the residue was derived with aqueous sodium hydroxide.The aqueous solution was extracted by ethyl acetate.The sample was separated and cleaned by mixed florisil,followed by purification using activated carbon.The target ingredient was separated by HPLC and detected by DAD detector at 238 nm.The average recovery rate was 81.85%-90.16%,with variation coefficient of 1.37%-9.32%.The lowest detection limitation was 0.05mg/kg.
