摘　　要：高校高水平运动队的试办工作至今已有近20个年头,试办工作在探索中取得了长足的进展并不断提高。但是,在实践过程中也暴露了诸多问题。拟从管理学角度,通过对我国高校高水平运动队管理现状的分析,探讨现阶段我国普通高校高水平运动队的管理改革与对策问题。希望对这一问题的探讨,能够在理论上深化对高校高水平运动队管理与改革问题的认识,在实践上提供可借鉴的方案。College sports teams in a high level of pilot work has been nearly 20 years. Working on a trial basis in the exploration progress has been made and continue to improve. However, in practice, the process has also exposed many problems. This paper from the management point of view, China＇s colleges and universities through high -level sports team management＇s analysis of the status quo, it analyzed our colleges and universities to explore high- level sports team management reform issues and countermeasures, so as to to deepen high - level sports teams in colleges and universities for management and reform issues for practical reference.
